E-LEARNING COORDINATOR

The job holder is responsible for co-ordinationg E-learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

a) Ensure Electronic content is on the LMS platform for all Professional Certification programs

b) Recruiting students for Professional Certification

c) Identify the Lecturers for the Professional Certification programs.

d) Develop the online Time Table for all certification units.

e) Onboarding of online certification students to the LMS.

f) Develop a Monitoring Schedule for online certification classes.

g) Prepare weekly Professional Certification reports as required for Management meetings

h) Ensure formative/summative assessment schedule is available in the LMS.

i) Develop controls for learners to access the LMS.

j) Ensure all Professional Certification scores have been surrendered to the respective branch

k) Communicate end of class sessions for Professional Certification programs.

Knowledge & Experience Required

a) A degree from a recognised institution.

b) Have experience in LMS

c) Familiarity with e-learning tools
