01 OPI Champions Training
Week 1–2

Designated internal champions are trained to understand and apply the OPI framework and self-assessment tool.

02 Internal Self-Assessment
Week 3–4

The organization conducts a structured self-assessment across the seven OPI determinants, helping in identifying strengths and improvement opportunities.

03 External Independent Assessment
Week 5–8

A team of independent external assessors appointed by KIM reviews the self-assessment, validates evidence, and conducts a site visit.

04 Technical Analysis & COYA Gala
Week 9–10

Technical Committee & the Jury validates the findings of the external assessors, against the self-assessment reports & evidences provided. Winners are announced during the COYA Gala.

05 Feedback Report and Presentation
Week 11

A comprehensive feedback report is prepared and formally presented to management, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
