Functions of the Council
- Set the strategic direction for the University.
- Formulate governance rules and regulations in consultation with the University Management Board.
- Develop university infrastructure and maintain academic program integrity.
- Authorize expenditure outside the approved annual budget.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of a Master’s degree (PhD is an added advantage).
- At least 15 years of management & leadership experience, with 5 years in a senior role.
- High moral character and integrity as per Chapter Six of the Kenyan Constitution.
- Must be a member of a professional body (KIM members have an added advantage).
