The Institute hereby seeks to recruit results-oriented and self-driven professionals to join our team for the positions below:

ICT INTERNS

The job holders will be responsible for system administration, network administration,

infrastructure management, web development and maintenance, technical and user support and

troubleshooting and securing the ICT network, ensuring it is fast, reliable, and stable to support

all processes of the Institute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-INTERN 1

a) Network management and administration.

b) Enterprise network security.

c) System’s performance optimization.

d) ICT infrastructure and asset management.

e) Servers and network resources administration and monitoring.

f) Network and remote access management.

g) Vendor and supplier management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-INTERN 2

a) Systems administration.

b) Software development with a bias on Microsoft Dynamics Navision

c) System analysis and design.

d) Cross functional collaboration.

e) User requirements elicitation.

f) User capacity building and system use optimization.

g) Technical and user support.

h) Applications customization and process/system integration.

i) Process automation and adoption of new ICT technologies.

j) Database management.

k) Project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-INTERN 3

a) Coordinate and prioritize advanced ICT support service.

b) General support for systems, network, and other ICT tools.

c) Web applications development and management.

d) Learning Management System configuration and support with a bias in moodle.

e) Offer technical and user support across all branches.

f) Coordinate branch network risk management and business continuity plans.

g) Ensure continuous user training on available ICT tools and emerging trends.

h) Perform maintenance of ICT equipment and servers to minimise breakdowns and service

interruptions.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

a) Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BBIT, Computer Science or equivalent from a recognised institution

b) Industry certifications will be an added advantage.

c) Six (6) months’ experience or Diploma with at least 1-year hands-on experience
