This position is responsible to oversee the overall running and operations of the branch, market the Institutes’ product and services, provide all theinstitute service to the Member and clients and supervise staff and faculty at the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managerial / Supervisory/ Operational
- Oversee delivery of quality services at the branch in line with the Institute standards, policies, procedures and processes.
- Allocate work and supervise staff and lecturers to ensure smooth operations and service delivery of the branch.
- Steer marketing and supervise marketing initiatives of the branch to be able to market KIMs products such as Membership, KIMSOM products and Business solution services.
- Communicate customer needs to the relevant department within the institute.
- Custodian of branch resources and ensure that they are properly utilized.
- Prepare periodical reports on branch progress such as revenue collection, students’ number, Marketing activities and membership.
- Represent the senior management at the branch through communicate decisions made and institute policies at the branch level.
- Approve imprest for the branch operations and photocopy services.
- Responsible for student welfare to ensure customer satisfaction and nature their talents. Chair the students’ welfare committee.
- Oversee the institute exams process in branch to ensure timeliness and integrity of the process.
- Responsible to oversee admission, progression and retention of students to all KIMs programs.
- Ensure timely renewal and acquisition of branch licenses and permits.
- Ensure timely payment of branch bills such as water bill.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have at least five years’ experience in a large organisation in an active commercial environment
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognised institution
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage

OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Experience in running a branch is mandatory
- Experience with customer management, marketing and relationship management teams
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Willingness and ability to grow support and develop talent within the Branch.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver challenging targets
- Integrity and commitment to duty
