Mr. Peter Theuri 

Chairman, Audit & Risk Governance committee (ARG) Chair

Peter Theuri is the County Director for Co-operative Development in the County Government of Nyeri.

Peter holds a Master's in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. Additionally, he has undertaken various other Courses including a Senior Management Course at the Kenya School of Government and a course on Public Policy Making Process from Strathmore University.

Previously, Peter was a member of the Trade Sector Task Team for the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee on the transfer of functions between the two levels of government. 

Currently, he is the Chairperson of the Kenya Institute of Management - Nyeri branch, and has been the Chairperson of the Archdiocese of Nyeri Catholic Professionals for the last four years.
