Dr. Catherine N. Kimani PhD,FKIM,MIOD is an accomplished Administrator with over 30 years experience. Currently, she serves as a Deputy Director at the Kenya National Highways Authority. She holds a Doctorate in Management and Leadership, an MBA in Corporate Management, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.

Dr. Kimani has also undertaken several other international and local professional programmes among them the Senior Executives Programme at the University of Birmingham, UK, the Public Policy Executive Programme at Strathmore University and the Future Female Leaders Programme at the FKE. She is a Fellow Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (FKIM), a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIOD) and a Member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE, UK).

Dr. Kimani has several other leadership responsibilities among them; she serves as a Vice Chairperson of a Savings and Credit Society where she Chairs the Finance and Administration Committee, Vice Chair of a High School Board of Management where she also chairs the Infrastructure Committee. She also serves in several Committees at her place of work.

Catherine has a passion for mentorship and is currently mentoring several young professionals. She believes in commitment and excellence and her steps can be traced in any task that have been assigned to her.
