Ms. Agatha A Watiri is an entrepreneur and organizational development practitioner with proven experience in leadership and human resource management.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (Leadership and Organizational Development) at USIU-Africa. Ms. Agatha has worked for 28 years, initially as a high school teacher, and then joined the corporate world in marketing. In the last 20 years, she has worked in the Diocese of Embu as a Manager in one of the income-generating projects. While working in the Diocese, she has also served in different capacities in five high school boards of management, and as Board of Management chairperson of a girls’ school for 9 years. She has also served in the National Governing Council of the Kenya Booksellers & Stationers Association.
Ms. Agatha currently serves as the Vice-chair at the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Embu Branch.
