Dr. Shivani H. Patel PhD

Council Member

Dr. Shivani Patel is a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management and a member of the KIM Governing Council. She has served as the Vice Chair for the KIM Mombasa branch.  

She is currently the Registrar Administration and Planning at the Technical University of Mombasa and a member of the University Management Board.

Previously she has worked at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA), in administration and as an accomplished academician. She has a taxation background in Customs and Taxation, having worked at the Kenya Revenue Authority.

She has been actively engaged in research matters being an editorial Board Member of the African Tax and Customs Review Journal. She holds a Phd in Strategic Management, Business Administration from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
