MANAGER, EMPLOYEE RESOURCING AND WELFARE

JOB SUMMARY
The jobholder will be responsible for driving the strategic functions within employee resourcing and welfare. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for attraction, selection and retention of talent through implementation of strategies and administration of staff benefits and welfare. This position reports to the Head of Human Capital at our Nairobi Luther Plaza Head Office.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the training programmes done by all KIM Diploma students adhere to the Institute’s requirements.
JOB PROFILE
1. Popularize the Institute’s products within the region of operation
2. Recruit students and members for the KIMSOM products
3. Supervise and monitor the training and examinations of KIM SOM products
4. Ensure effective implementation of the tuition timetable.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Programmes Manager, the job holder will be responsible for planning, organizing and running all membership related activities. The officer will be expected to develop a vibrant KIM Membership base IN Rwanda by marketing KIM membership products and services to professionals and organizations.
