OFFICER; TRAINING

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The position holder will report to the Manager; Training and will be responsible for identifying, sourcing business opportunities and coordinating trainings.

ASSISTANT, GRAPHIC DESIGN

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Graphic Designer, the role of the Assistant, Graphic Design will be to assist the Graphic Design in developing creatives for the Institute’s marketing and communication materials by ensuring that design briefs are well captured and creatively executed within the brand guidelines and agreed timelines.

MANAGER; CONSULTANCY

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Head of Training & Consultancy, the position holder will be coordinating the day-to-day operations, consultancy and development activities within the division. The individual will also be responsible to identify and develop business opportunities. The position holder will also be required to promote the Institute’s Consultancy services at (but not limited to) networking events, trade and career fairs.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role of the Graphic Designer is to design the monthly MANAGEMENT® Magazine as well as develop marketing and communications creatives for the Institute and other clients. The position holder will report to the Head of Communication & Corporate Affairs and will liaise closely with various sections and outside clients, to ensure that work is appropriately done in line with laid out guidelines and delivered within agreed timelines.

SMOYA OFFICER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of OPI, the position holder is responsible for the implementation of the Organizational Performance Index (OPI) and SME of the Year Awards (SMOYA) program for the growing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This is through generating income for the SMOYA program as per the year's target, drawing and implementing the SMOYA budget annually and managing the SMOYA program through the recruitment of new customers and maintaining the existing customers.

PRINCIPAL/SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The position holder will report to the Head of Internal Audit and will lead the Audit team in financial, quality and compliance audits. Under the guidance of Head of Internal Audit, the position holder is responsible for the implementation of a sound audit system of financial audit and compliance. The position ensures the audit schedule is adhered to and audit assignments are completed on time.

LAW LECTURERS

The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a range of programmes for law students in order to enable them to complete their studies successfully. The incumbents will also determine, develop and carry out relevant independent research projects to extend knowledge of the Law subject area.
